Lindsay Lohan’s probation has been revoked (surprise!), because she didn’t do what she was supposed to (community service and visits with her therapist). She was handcuffed and released on bail.

At this point, her criminal history is seriously confusing. She’s still dealing with the consequences of her two DUIs from 2007. On top of that, her community service requirement relates to her theft of a necklace in February. Can’t she just go into seclusion for a year, not party, and just rest?

Prediction: There won’t be a comeback for LiLo.

Rumor has it that Beverly Hills Housewife Taylor Armstrong is dating Matt Nordgren from Most Eligible Dallas. It can’t be! Anyone who has watched Most Eligible Dallas has been rooting for best friends Matt and Courtney to have a fairytale ending. Our hopes have been dashed (despite their kiss on Monday’s finale episode).

Only time will tell if Taylor and Matt go public.

Could the driving force behind Ashton and Demi’s marriage turmoil be an out-of-wedlock baby and not his hot tub rendezvous with Sara Leal? A blind item suggests that he may be the father of January Jones’ son. The actress has kept the identity of her son’s father a closely guarded secret, which has garnered a lot of speculation.

The blind item fits, because it seems like an affair wouldn’t be enough to break up Demi and Ashton. There have always been rumours that they have an open marriage and he has had publicized trysts before.

It was plain as day that Kevin Federline had recently put on massive amounts of weight a few extra pounds. So it was good news to hear that he would be a cast member on Celebrity Fit Club. Reports say it was recommended that he lose 45 lbs on the show. Do you think he did it?

Gourmet’s publishing house, Condé Nast, has been advised to cut 25% of its budget. So far, the recession has sent Gourmet, Cookie, Elegant Bride, Modern Bride, Men’s Vogue, Condé Nast Portfolio and Domino – all Condé publications — into the garbage.

Ruth Reichl, former editor-in-chief tweeted, “Thank you all SO much for this outpouring of support. It means a lot. Sorry not to be posting now, but I’m packing. We’re all stunned, sad.” It’s sad to see this happen and to watch so many people lose their jobs. I’ll be keeping my eyes out for the expected lay-offs still coming to Condé before 2010. Scary times.

Last night, David Letterman admitted to sleeping with several of the women that he works with. Someone threatened to write a book and produce a movie on the affairs if Letterman didn’t fork over $2 million. He went to the Manhattan DA instead. 

I just find it disturbing that Dave made his confession into sort of a joke. Did I also mention that he’s been together with Regina Lasko since 1986? They have a six-year-old son (almost) and just got married this year. The whole situation seems weird. Was Letterman a wild cheater back in the day and Regina stuck by him? It’s bizarre  that he’s slept with more than one woman on staff. I wonder when the last affair occurred….

John Travolta and Kelly Preston

As you my know, John Travolta took the stand to testify at the extortion trial surrounding the death of his son Jett — which is quickly materializing as the worst planned extortion attempt ever. You want $25 million for a signed release form that doesn’t reveal anything scandalous at all? Please try again.

But that’s besides the point. Travolta testified that his son had autism, while, in the past, he’s said Jett had Kawasaki disease. Since autism isn’t recognized by the Church of Scientology, some are saying that John is signaling his departure from the church.

BS!! I think even if John and Kelly know that the medical recommendations by Scientology ultimately killed Jett, they would never publicly leave. They just aren’t that controversial. What do you think?
